How our Leaderboard is built

Our Leaderboard is arranged around clear challenge cards rather than one mixed chart. You may see live casino races for Evolution-style baccarat, roulette and blackjack tables, plus slot missions from studios such as Pragmatic Play, Playtech and PG Soft when those rooms are active. Each card shows the scoring action, reset window and eligible titles before you enter, so your next run

starts with the rank rules already visible.

RANK HELP

Help during a Leaderboard run

Leaderboard support is built around the moments that can cause confusion during an active race. If your score seems delayed, if a title is not counting, or if a completed round needs checking, our help path asks for the exact card name and time window first. That keeps the conversation tied to the challenge rather than your whole account history.

Team online

Score check

If your Leaderboard score looks behind, share the card name, game title and approximate round time. We compare the provider feed with the challenge window before explaining any delay or adjustment.

Eligibility question

Some Leaderboards count only selected rooms, tables or stake bands. Our support team can confirm whether your chosen game was included in that card before you spend more time chasing points.

Result follow-up

When a Leaderboard closes, final placement may need provider settlement before rewards appear. We can check the closing snapshot and tell you whether the card is still being reconciled.

RANK CHECKS

How we keep rankings clear

A Leaderboard only works if the score path is easy to understand. We display the scoring action, timer and eligible games on the card, then use provider round data to settle positions...

Provider data

Leaderboard scoring is tied to game-round records supplied by the relevant studio feed. That helps us separate completed actions from delayed updates when a live table or slot room is busy.

Visible rules

Each card states what earns points, which titles are eligible and when the race ends. You can read the rank conditions before entering instead of discovering them after your run.

Time stamps

We use card timers and closing snapshots so active ranks do not get mixed with closed results. This matters when several Leaderboards finish close together during peak lobby hours.

Account checks

Leaderboards can require account checks when rewards are assigned. The aim is to match each qualifying score with the correct account before the final placement panel is marked complete.

Clear status

Active, closing and completed states are labelled separately on the Leaderboard page. You can see whether a card is still accepting scores or waiting for final settlement.

Support trail

When you contact us about a rank, we record the card name and issue type. That keeps later replies focused on the exact Leaderboard rather than unrelated lobby activity.

RANK DIFFERENCE

Our Leaderboard compared with common ladders

Many casino ladders feel unclear because the score source, timer and eligible games sit in different places. We built the get5 Leaderboard page to keep those elements on the same card. You...

01

Card-based layout

We separate each Leaderboard into its own card with rules, timer and eligible games. A mixed chart can be harder to read when live-table and slot challenges run together.

02

Game-level clarity

Our cards name the included rooms or game groups where possible. Other ladders may show only a general category, which can leave you unsure whether your chosen title qualifies.

03

Active status labels

We mark whether a Leaderboard is open, closing or complete. That prevents you from chasing a rank on a card that has already stopped accepting new scores.

04

Score source context

The page explains the action that creates points, such as qualifying rounds or completed missions. You can compare that with your own session before asking support for help.

05

Mobile-friendly panels

Rank position, timer and entry link stay close together on smaller screens. Some ladders force you to switch between the game page and a separate rank table repeatedly.

06

Separate event rooms

Limited-time Leaderboards are kept apart from regular rank cards. This helps you spot shorter races without losing the ongoing ladders that remain available for longer windows.

07

Final placement handling

Completed cards move into a settled state after checks are finished. That gives you a clearer difference between live movement and final placement on the Leaderboard page.

Questions about the get5 Leaderboard

Open your account, head to the Leaderboard page and choose an active card. Read the scoring rule and eligible games first, then enter through that card so your activity is tied to the correct race.

Some scores update after provider round data reaches our system, especially during busy live-table periods. Check the card status first; if it remains delayed, contact support with the card name and round time.

No. Each Leaderboard has its own eligible titles, rooms or table groups. A slot mission may exclude live tables, while a baccarat ladder may count only selected live casino rooms during its active window.

When the timer closes, new activity stops counting for that card. The board may move into a closing state while scores are checked against provider records before final placements are displayed.

Yes, the mobile layout keeps the rank panel, timer and entry link close together. If a game opens full screen, return through the lobby header to check the same active card again.

Different games create different scoring patterns, so each card sets its own rule. A roulette race, blackjack ladder and slot mission may count separate actions to keep the challenge suited to that format.

Use support and share the completed card name, the game you used and your approximate session time. We can check the closing snapshot and explain whether final placement has already been settled.
